The band, consisting of Azalia Snail and Dan West, will premiere three tracks off their forthcoming album at creative haven Sun Space in Los Angeles tonight, October 20, at 9pm.

“You Got To Be Kidding!” is this political season’s mantra for the masses!

“Is there a day that goes by that someone on planet earth doesn’t say, ‘You got to be kidding!’ when witnessing the insanity of modern day politics and societal injustices in these turbulent times?” says Dan West of LoveyDove. Azalia Snail continues: “The crux of this song is that we live in a world that frequently seems upside down. We had to find a creative outlet for our collective frustrations by finding humor in a twisted world, connecting with those who likely feel the same.”

LoveyDove is the musical duo of Dan West (guitars, keys and vocals), and Azalia Snail (keys, vocals, drums and percussion). Azalia Snail, often called the “queen of lo-fi”, is a psychedelic artist, DJ, and painter. Dan West  (aka d’Animal) is a recording artist, composer, arranger and jazz musician. Collectively they have over 40 albums to their credit.
