CHICAGO, IL & LOS ANGELES, CA (WEDNESDAY JULY 17, 2019) – Composer and musician Leroy Bocchieri of the Chicago-based band Booch Band announced today that the latest sync for the song “Holy Pow!” has been confirmed for the 11th season of Jerry Seinfeld’s Emmy-Winning series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. Streaming of the series begins today on Netflix.

 

Bocchieri, his music design company Big Dog Music Design and his Booch Band have been a sync placement machine with more than 1000 placements in television, film, commercials video games et all. This includes syncs with everyone from Hallmark Channels’ Sunday Dinner, Good Night America to indie horror films Hunting Humans, the Winter Olympics on CBS, McDonalds, Allstate, World Poker Tour, and Duck Dynasty.

 

An original song penned for an upcoming animated re-telling of the original Pinocchio story (circa 1800’s / Sans Jiminy Cricket) will be released internationally in December 2020. The song titled, “Heart is Always Home”, is the pinnacle theme for the ending scene which runs throughout the film.

 

The latest Booch Band single “Standing In Your Light”, which offers exposure and advocacy for phone addiction awareness, is set for release on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music and all major digital outlets on August 12, 2019. But that’s not all.

 

Leroy Bocchieri began his professional career in music in the 1980’s. Including his own numerous releases, and as a side man, Leroy played with legendary pop band Shoes on various live tours as well as contributed instrumental duties on many projects including 1998’s Isolation Party by Tommy Keene.

 

After forming Booch Band, Leroy released two singles “Underneath” and “Close on You” produced by John Richardson(Gin Blossoms, Shoes, Tommy Keene, Soul Asylum, Bad Finger, Eddie Money ) at his studio, DrumFarm, in Menominee Wi. Leroy is joined by John on drums and Kevin Gastuguay on keyboards.
